Ashley Film Studios is a wedding film and photography studio based in Mastic. Its portfolio includes a garden tent wedding in East Hampton, a tented wedding at The Roundtree in Amagansett and a wedding at the Ram’s Head Inn on Shelter Island.
How they work
The studio shoots in 4K and offers a cinematic trailer plus a full documentary edit. Super 8 film can be added and cut into the main film. Photography is offered with the film team or on its own. A separate content creation service delivers a social gallery within 48 hours of the wedding. The site says all editing is done by hand in house. Other films on the site were made at Westhampton Brewery, The Vineyards at Aquebogue and a North Fork vineyard.
Who it suits
Couples who want a documentary record of the whole day with a short trailer to share, and who like the look of grainy Super 8 alongside modern footage.
