Ashley Peraino Events is a New York City planning firm that has worked with couples in NYC and the Hamptons since 2015. Its portfolio shows two weddings at Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club, and its Hamptons guide recommends venues from Water Mill to Montauk, plus Bedell Cellars on the North Fork.

How they work

There are three levels of planning help, each with a published average spend, plus a paid consultation. Full planning covers venue research, vendors, hotel room blocks, rentals, budget, floor plan, design, timeline, seating guidance and day-of setup. The team can also plan rehearsal dinners, sangeets and farewell brunches. Partial planning is for couples who book their own vendors with guidance: at least five planning calls, two timeline meetings and a venue walkthrough, with the team taking over vendor contact six months out. Wedding management means quarterly check-ins, then unlimited email with you and your vendors from 6 to 8 weeks before, and the team on site for setup and the day. A one-hour consultation costs $100. The firm says it has no signature style and will not push couples past their budget.

Who it suits

Couples who want to know the planning fee before the first call and like choosing how hands-on to be. It suits NYC couples hosting a Hamptons wedding weekend, and couples planning an Indian or multicultural wedding, which the firm publishes a separate guide for. It is not for couples who want a planner based on the East End.
