Hamptons Bus Rental and Charters is a bus and vehicle rental company. Its site says it is based in Bridgehampton, and its Google listing gives an address in Flanders. It says it has served the Hamptons for more than a decade and runs over 10 buses.

How they work

The fleet runs from sedans and SUVs for 3 to 7 passengers and stretch limousines for 8 to 14, to Sprinter vans for up to 14, shuttle buses for 23 to 27 and 32 to 37, party buses for 12 to 27, and coach buses for 38 to 55 with a restroom on board. Sprinters come with forward facing rows or limo style wraparound seating. For weddings the company suggests Sprinters for the wedding party, buses for guest shuttles and SUVs or limousines for the couple, and it builds custom packages. Its wedding page lists East End venues including Gurney’s, Wölffer Estate Vineyard, The Maidstone and Bedell Cellars, but it shows no past weddings. It says it covers the Hamptons, the North Fork from Aquebogue to Orient Point, New York City and the local airports.

Couples who need to move a large guest list between hotels and a venue on a full size bus or coach. The site says it usually does not charge for travel time to the first pickup, which can help on a long wedding day.
