Anchor & Bloom Floral Design

Anchor & Bloom Floral Design is a floral studio in East Hampton run by owner and designer Lori Hren. She grew up in her family’s nursery and garden center business in the Hamptons, studied floriculture and worked in New York City floral design before returning to the East End.

How they work

The studio designs custom wedding florals, tablescapes and installations, including centerpieces, arches and chuppahs. Its stated look is garden inspired, using seasonal flowers that are locally sourced when possible. Planning starts with getting to know the couple, the venue and the style. Zola reports a one hour consultation, a written proposal by email, and one mockup, usually a centerpiece, 30 to 60 days before the wedding. Couples marrying at a hotel, club or private home between Bridgehampton and Montauk who want a local designer working with seasonal flowers.
