It presents 230 Elm as the company’s preferred wedding venue in Southampton. 27east reported in 2023 that 230 Elm seats 150 for dinner, holds up to 275 for a roaming cocktail party and has an 11 p.m. hard shutdown. It suits receptions built around stations and passed food. It is less suited to couples who want a small kitchen based on the East End, since the company’s main base is up island.
