Glenn Bradford Fine Jewelry is a family design house with its flagship on Jobs Lane in Southampton. Glenn and Sharyn Bradford have designed jewelry for over 40 years, and their son Ethan now works in the business full time.

How they work

Bridal work centers on bespoke engagement rings. You start with a private appointment, in Southampton or by video, and Glenn designs the ring with you. Each ring is made at the company’s New York workshop and named after the person it was made for. The site describes hand bezel settings, sculpted three stone rings, hand set pavé, carved lacework and engraved words or dates. Clients often bring old family jewelry to be reworked into new pieces. Wedding options also include stackable eternity bands, a symbolic band collection and a petite diamond collection. The store also sells estate jewelry and collectible watches, and does repairs.

Who it suits

Couples who want a ring designed for them rather than chosen from a case, or who have a family stone to reuse. It is less suited to couples who want to compare prices online, since most bespoke rings are shown without a price.
