Love Adorned

Love Adorned is a jewelry and home boutique in Amagansett Square, the East End branch of a store on Elizabeth Street in Nolita, Manhattan. It comes from retailer Lori Leven.

How they work

Rings for engagement and marriage sit in what the shop calls its Commitment collection, about 122 pieces when we checked. Most are contemporary designs, with 19 vintage rings. Diamonds lead, including character diamonds with natural color and inclusions, and there are a few sapphire, emerald and ruby rings. Yellow gold dominates, with some platinum, rose gold and white gold. Around 30 rings are one of a kind and 28 are exclusive to the shop. Listed prices ran from about $500 to about $17,000, with many above $5,000. The site offers sizing help, customizing options and special orders through its contact form, plus video appointments. The store also sells other jewelry, homewares and gifts.

Who it suits

Couples who want a ring with character, such as an old cut diamond, a colored stone or a design from an independent jeweler. It is not a traditional bridal jeweler, so it is less suited to couples who want a classic white diamond solitaire or a large choice of matching bands.
