Pop-Up Vows
A Florida based elopement officiant and planner with Long Island packages that pair a personal ceremony with photography, from $2,300.
Pop-Up Vows is an elopement and small wedding business headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida, run by its founder and lead officiant, Lauren. Alongside South Florida and New York City, it sells Long Island packages and says it serves the North Fork and the Hamptons.
How they work
There are three Long Island options. The first pairs a New York wedding officiant with a short phone video session, for couples who already have most plans in place. The Signature Elopement, from $2,300, adds two hours of professional photography and an edited online gallery. The Forever Edit, from $2,800, adds a content creator who films vertical phone clips and a short highlight edit. Each includes a personalized ceremony, a planning questionnaire and consultation, help with vows and ceremony flow, and signing and filing of the marriage license. Couples on the larger packages get 25% off its virtual planning service. Its Long Island locations page names Montauk Lighthouse and Montauk Manor among the places it has married couples.
Who it suits
Couples eloping or marrying with a small group who want one company for the ceremony and photographs. It suits a Montauk beach or lighthouse ceremony with immediate family. It is less suited to a large wedding with a full reception, since the packages are built around small ceremonies.
Good to know
- Venue hire, permits, dinner and any travel or parking fees are separate, and confirmed in the proposal.
- The site warns that even a very small Montauk ceremony may need a permit, so check the rules for your exact spot.
- Couples can text the word ELOPE to the number above to start.
