Your Story Ceremonies
A Long Island certified celebrant who writes each ceremony from scratch, with North Fork vineyard weddings at Pellegrini and Martha Clara.
Your Story Ceremonies is the practice of Danielle Giannone, a full time wedding officiant and celebrant on Long Island who also works in New York City. She trained and was certified through the Celebrant Foundation and Institute. An associate, Marisa Campbell, has been a certified celebrant for more than ten years.
How they work
Every ceremony is written new for the couple. An inquiry holds the date for up to three days with no deposit, then comes a free consultation by phone, video or in person, where fees are explained. Couples fill in a questionnaire, get access to a library of readings, rituals and vow guidelines, and receive drafts with unlimited consultations until they approve every word. On the day she arrives early to check in with the couple, musicians and photographers. She also performs micro weddings and elopements, vow renewals and simple license signings. Her real weddings page includes North Fork ceremonies at Pellegrini Vineyards in Cutchogue and Martha Clara Vineyards in Riverhead.
Who it suits
Couples who want the ceremony to sound like them, whether spiritual, secular, interfaith, same sex or multicultural. It suits a North Fork vineyard wedding with time for a few planning conversations. It is less suited to couples who want a fixed price before the first call or a quick standard script.
