The Reform Club

The Reform Club sits on five acres of gardens in Amagansett, and a wedding here means a full buyout of every suite and cottage. The property becomes a private estate for the weekend, with your family and wedding party staying on site.

The setting

The Park is the main lawn, 9,600 square feet and room for up to 200 guests, and it is where most ceremonies happen. Next to it, the Sunken Garden holds up to 125 for a smaller dinner or cocktails. Accommodation is seven suites, three private cottages and the 21 House. Receptions are tented, and Sperry Tents is the required tent partner.

Who it suits

Couples who already have, or plan to hire, a professional planner. The venue does not provide an on-site planner or day-of coordinator and says a planner is required. In return you can bring in your own caterer, florist and other vendors. It suits a weekend-long celebration for up to 200. It does not suit couples looking for an all-inclusive package.

• Room blocks are available for wedding parties even when the wedding is held elsewhere in the Hamptons.
